Men's Ministry - 1.11.25 Breakfast

Supply/Food Gatherer - Purchases food and supplies using church funds and delivers them by the Wednesday before the breakfast. May include printing packets or gathering activity materials.

Breakfast Cook - Arrives one hour early to prepare food so that it is ready for the start of the event and so that the cooks can participate in the event themselves. Can bring personal equipment or use church equipment.

Setup and Tear-Down Team - Sets up tables/chairs, manages food during cooking (bringing food to cooks and from the cooks to the serving area), keeps food warm, and handles cleanup afterward (returning chairs and tables to their original spots).

Table Leader/Greeter - Welcomes men as they arrive, helps them find seats/get breakfast, facilitates discussion at their table, takes notes during group activities, and sends a summary afterward to the leadership team. (We needed 4 table leaders last time with ~20 attendees. Moving forward, for 20–40 men, we’ll need 4–8 table leaders.)
